Role Overview:
We seek a highly organized and detail-orientated administrative assistant to support
executive and operational functions in a fast-paced, fintech environment. The ideal
candidate will bring structure, efficiency, and professionalism to daily business
operations, with the ability to anticipate needs, maintain confidentiality, and drive
administrative processes with minimal oversight.


Key Responsibilities:
● Provide comprehensive administrative support to leadership and operational
teams.
● Coordinate and manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and handle
appointment logistics across multiple time zones.
● Prepare, format, and review business documents, reports, presentations, and
spreadsheets with a high degree of accuracy.
● Maintain and organize digital filing systems, company records, meeting minutes,
and standard operating procedures.
● Track project timelines, manage task lists, follow up on deliverables, and support
project coordination across departments.
● Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in a professional and timely
manner via email, phone, and video conferencing.
● Assist with CRM data entry, lead tracking, client on-boarding, and generation of
status or activity reports.
● Support virtual on-boarding and off-boarding processes, including documentation,
scheduling, and coordination with relevant departments.
● Manage document version control and ensure team members have access to the
latest information.● Conduct online research and compile data as needed for presentations,
proposals, or executive briefings.
● Assist with the preparation of client-facing documentation, agreements, and
proposals.
● Manage Supplies and take note of inventories.
● Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, and manage related
reimbursements and expense
